Activities for boosting confidence
For practicing confidence, I take my first step to converse with others on different topics; a sort of debate. I discuss different topics with different people to check what hurdles I am facing so that I don’t converse confidently. Finally, I come to know that my biggest problem is to underestimate myself. 1 try my best to overcome this by arranging more and more conversations on different scenarios and now I am feeling a lot of achievements.
